This counted cross stitch design by Sally Swanell for Bothy threads, features a sewing room we can all envy. With all its neatly arrange shelves and drawers this is stitchers paradise!

The kit contains Zweigart 16 count cream aida fabric, stranded cottons, needle, chart and instructions. This kit uses full cross stitches, back stitch and French knots.

It brought back memories.

I loved the picture as it brought back so many memories of a shop I used to own. I made soft furnishings and it looked so much like the picture I had to have it. It is not difficult but rather a lot of the same colour in blocks. I wish it had been on a slightly larger thread count as these days my eyesight is not brilliant and 16 is quite small. I have enjoyed it and am busy finishing off the window area. Like all Bothy charts it is very comprehensive and the instructions are very clear.
