International Orders - currently all orders are sent using Royal Mail International Standard. We are currently in the process of setting up Evri for these shipments, which we expect will improve delivery times and reliability.

There is no additional product postage charge for threads. |
This is a guaranteed service from Royal Mail for UK customers. Royal Mail will deliver your order the next working day by 1pm.
Please note that working days are Monday to Friday. If you make an order over the weekend (between Friday at 2pm to Sunday) your order will not be despatched until Monday morning, which will then arrive on Tuesday.
Please be mindful that you are order "in stock" items if you wish the order to be despatched for the next working day. The despatch date for all products are shown on the product page, on the basket page, and are also shown on your "order received" email.
If you change your mind, and as long as your order has not yet started being picked from our warehouse, you can login to your account and cancel your order.
We are not liable for orders that are not delivered on time if your order will not fit through your letter box and the postperson is not able to reach you. Please check your track and trace link and be sure that you are available to answer your door.
For a small number products we reserve the right to make an additional charge. This will be stated in the item's description.
